Germany’s cannabis legislation has two pillars. The 1st pillar grew to become legislation in 2024, legalising cannabis for personal use and allowing for CSCs. The 2nd pillar, which will allow cannabis for being sold commercially in dispensaries, is still in the demo period. Simone Borch
